Raspberries were already popular in the stone age. In the Middle Ages they were cultivated by monks and today we cannot imagine the kitchen without them. Not least because of their unmistakable aroma, they are used and processed forsweet delicacies or high-proof spirits.

We, on the other hand, use the unique aroma for our great raspberry balsam vinegar speciality.

Ice wine is the essence of overripe grapes, harvested very late in the year and only on frosty nights. Only in this way canthe high sugar content and the unique bouquet of the grapes be preserved to produce a particularly aromatic sweet wine.

Time is probably the most important ingredient for our Balsamica Crema.

Because the Balsamico in this delicate Crema is made from thickened grape must, which, due to its particularly long maturation in oak barrels, acquires an intense sweet-sour fruitiness and at the same time an impressively harmonious taste.
