Kubru GmbH was set up at the end of 2018 by Michael Kupka, Ulrich Brunner and Markus Grau. Its aim is to develop and produce high-quality products for the best restaurants.
Kubru GmbH is based in Waiblingen which is near Stuttgart. This city is surrounded by vineyards and is linked to a long tradition of cultivating wine. If you take this regional cuisine and mix it with the inventiveness and a sizeable portion of curiosity about new trends, this creates some fascinating new products for use in high-end cooking.
Kubru Pearls are the first idea to be fully-developed that also meets our own high demands in terms of refinement and quality and which the company is already marketing internationally with great success.
Many other ideas are being developed and will also find their place in gourmet kitchens in Europe, Asia and overseas.
